As Etik Sağlık Hizmetleri Ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (hereinafter referred to as “INTERLIVA”), we hereby submit for the information of the public and relevant persons the clarification text we have prepared in accordance with Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“Law”), which contains information about the personal data processing activity specific to the recruitment activity;
ARTICLE 1: DATA CONTROLLER
Your personal data may be processed by INTERLIVA as the data controller within the scope described below. What should be understood by the concept of data controller is the natural or legal person who determines the purposes and means of processing personal data and is responsible for the establishment and management of the data recording system.

ARTICLE 2: PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED and PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
The categories of personal data belonging to employee candidates and processed by us are listed below and each category of data is processed for the purposes specified opposite:
- Communication / Initiating, conducting, terminating recruitment processes for employee candidates and recording recruitment processes and monitoring and improving recruitment processes and procedures, evaluating job applications and resumes for the needs and proceeding to the interview process, contacting the employee candidate as a result of the evaluation made at the end of the job application process,
- Making the necessary evaluations for reference / employee candidates, informing you about the job opportunity by making the necessary evaluations again in case a suitable position is opened later, determining and examining whether the employee candidate provides the necessary and sufficient qualifications for the job applied for during the job application, during the job application process and during all kinds of transactions to be made during the job application,
- Professional experience / Fulfillment of the obligations arising from the employment contract and legislation for employee candidates, in case a suitable position is opened later, you can be informed about the job opportunity by making the necessary evaluations again, determining and examining whether the employee candidate provides sufficient and necessary qualifications for the job applied for during the job application, during the job application process and during all kinds of transactions to be carried out during the job application,
- Name – Surname / Initiating, conducting and terminating recruitment processes for employee candidates, recording recruitment processes and monitoring and improving recruitment processes and procedures,
- Camera Records, entry and exit information during the Medical Center visit / Ensuring workplace security during the recruitment process of employee candidates,
- Risk Management / Information processed for the management of commercial, technical, administrative risks from employee candidates.
ARTICLE 3: PARTIES TO WHOM PERSONAL DATA MAY BE TRANSFERRED AND PURPOSE OF TRANSFER
Personal data subject to this disclosure text may be transferred to relevant institutions and organizations due to the fulfillment of legal obligations.
ARTICLE 4: PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION METHODS
Personal data of prospective employees are processed through the physical submission of documents by the person concerned.
ARTICLE 5: RETENTION PERIOD OF PERSONAL DATA
The retention periods of the personal data written in this clarification text according to the data categories are listed below and the personal data is destroyed at the end of the period.
- 10 years from the end of the Communication / Relationship
- Name- Surname / 10 years from the end of the relationship
- Professional experience / 10 years from the end of the relationship
- Reference/ 1 year from the end of the relationship
- Camera Recordings, 2 months from the end of the relationship
- Medical Center visit entry and exit information / 1 year from the end of the relationship
- Risk Management / Information processed for the management of commercial, technical, administrative risks from employee candidates / 10 years from the end of the relationship
ARTICLE 6: RIGHTS OF THE PERSON CONCERNED
The natural person whose personal data is processed is defined as the data subject and has the following rights by applying to the workplace:
a- Learning whether personal data is being processed
b- Request information if personal data has been processed
c- To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose
d- To know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad
e- To request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing
f- Request deletion or destruction of personal data
g- Request notification of the transactions made pursuant to subparagraphs (e) and (f) to third parties to whom personal data are transferred
h- Object to the occurrence of a result to the detriment of the person himself/herself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems
i- In case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data, to demand the compensation of the damage
